“You're never given a dream without also being given the power to make it true.” ~ R Bach

PNC Owner

Framed on the wall is a picture I drew with the phrase “When I grow up I want to be a doctor so I can help people”. Now, with experience, I realize that there is much more that lies behind the simple phrase from my elementary school dream. I want to share my excitement and my belief in the power of a person’s capacity to be and remain healthy when given the right tools. Medicine, traditional and modern, must be individualized and mind, body and spirit must be balanced. We each have the capability to realize our potentials - my goal is to be a guide with the knowledge and tools that I have as a naturopathic physician.

I graduated from CCNM in 2002 as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to that I completed my undergraduate studies at McGill University. The funny thing is that all this schooling began at Irwin Park, the elementary school across the street from the clinic where a teacher asked me to draw “What do you want to be when you grow up?”. With patience and persistence, dreams really do come true.

I am very grateful for my life. Besides this amazing practice of naturopathic medicine, I have time and energy to pursue my other passions. What fills my heart and days are my family, children, friends, triathlon training, yoga, surfing and cycling adventures.
